All services are provided with a driver only. Self-drive cars are not offered.
2. Booking & Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed only after mutual agreement on pricing and availability via WhatsApp or phone.

Vehicle availability is subject to date and time.

In case a specific vehicle is unavailable, a similar vehicle from the same category may be provided.
3. Pricing & Payments

Prices are communicated clearly before booking confirmation.

Local rentals are subject to distance and time limits (e.g., 80 km / 8 hours unless stated otherwise).

Extra distance, extra hours, tolls, parking, and state taxes (if applicable) are charged additionally.
4. Airport Transfers

Airport pickup and drop pricing applies only within Guwahati city limits.

Delays caused by flight changes should be informed in advance where possible.
5. Outstation Travel

Outstation rentals generally include driver, fuel, and insurance.

Toll charges, parking fees, and state entry taxes are charged as per actuals unless specified otherwise.
6. Cancellations

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the booking type and timing.

Any applicable cancellation charges will be communicated at the time of booking.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are expected to:

Provide accurate travel details

Maintain proper behavior during the journey

Be responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the rental period
8. Limitation of Liability
TravellaAssam is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, road conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
